Due to being in a neighborhood with a mix of full time and part time renters, the minimum age to rent is 25. While we adore pets, our chalet is not pet friendly at this time. There is one exterior Security camera above the front door for your safety.

Guests can access Emerald Lakes community amenities for a small fee. All hours of operation are listed in our recommendation book that will be shared after booking. What’s Included: * Lakes & Beaches: Swimming, boating, and fishing (PA license required). * Community Center: Indoor heated pool (year-round), grill/dining area, arcade, locker rooms, and saunas. *Outdoor Activities: Outdoor pool (Memorial Day–Labor Day), sledding hill (winter), playgrounds, and courts for basketball, tennis, volleyball, and pickleball (racquets/balls provided). How to Purchase: Passes are available at The Emerald Lodge, administrative office, or online via a link we will send after booking (the easiest option). ⚠️ Important: Buy passes only on the day you plan to use them, as they are non-refundable. Hosts are not responsible for amenity closures or weather conditions.
